Caresyntax strives for data-driven surgery using AI, automation and OR analytics to empower surgeons and providers seeking improved patient outcomes. As a Senior User Experience Designer, I worked with a team of three designers to make surgical procedures safer and more efficient through the design and development of a high-fidelity surgical health record.

Dina

Dina is a home healthcare organization with a mission to keep patients in the home longer, resulting in reduced costs and higher patient satisfaction. As a Principal User Experience Designer in a startup environment I worked across multiple projects ranging from remote patient care and telehealth to analytics and data visualization to rebranding our product suite, building a design system and expanding our product feature set to enhance the user experience.

Baxter Health

A short-term contract as a User Experience Designer, I led all design efforts to upgrade a global portal and dashboard for clinicians managing remote peritoneal dialysis in patient renal care. Bearing aspects of telemedicine, data visualization and clinical decision support, this project directly impacted patients’ lives, care and well-being.

Walgreens - Boots Alliance

As a Prinicpal User Experience Designer and one of the original designers on a team redesigning the pharmacy electronic health record, I led the expansion of our team from 3 designers to more than 40 and was integral in establishing a hiring process for rapid growth and retention. Additionally, I enabled cross-team collaboration, building strong relationships between teams and pairing junior designers with analysts and developers.

GN ReSound

ReSound is a Danish Hearing Instrument company where, as a Senior UX Designer II, I led a fitting software redesign, also serving as lead on major and minor version releases. Additionally, I consulted on an MFi project to connect hearing instruments to iOS and Android platforms, led research planning and executed on planning sessions developing an agile research approach and developed standards for UX specification documents, wireframes, prototypes and the overall communication of design.
